Zane Lowe anunció en la BBC Radio 1 que será el primero en dar conocer el flamante tema este miércoles 13 de julio, aunque saldrá oficialmente cinco días después. "Es hard-pop en el clásico funk de la banda, con una línea de bajo fuerte y ritmo disco en el estribillo, que recuerda a los finales de los años setenta de los Rolling Stones", afirmó Anthony Kiedis sobre la canción.
La tapa del disco ya fue revelada y fue realizada por el artista británico Damien Hirst. "Es una imagen. Es arte. Nosotros no le dimos un significado pero está claramente abierto a la interpretación", exclamó el cantante del grupo.
Como muchos ya saben la banda encarará una gira para promocionar su décimo álbum de estudio que saldrá el próximo 30 de agosto. El Tour empezará el 9 de agosto en Hong Kong, para luego tocar en Japón (Osaka y Tokio). Ya en setiembre comenzará la parte americana que incluye a Colombia, Costa Rica, Perú, Chile, Brasil y obviamente Argentina (el 18 de setiembre en River). Será la quinta visita a nuestro país del grupo integrado por Flea, Kiedis, Smith y Klinghoffer. Anteriormente habían tocado en Obras (93), Luna Park (99), Velez Sarsfield (01) y River Plate (02).
